Final fixes needed to print Charts - it works!

Expose scale_xdir, scale_ydir to enable printing of GOffice charts

gnome-print puts y =0 at the bottom of the page, AbiWord graphics class
places it y = 0 at the top. I needed to expose the scale_ydir method in
XAP_UnixGnomePrintGraphics to enable GOffice charts to print.

Now it works perfectly :-)

So now we can insert, modify, drag and drop and print GOffice charts.

Next we need a way to suck them out of gunmeric and place them in AbiWord.
