Sufficient Fixes to get a GO chart into AbiWord.

OK we can now insert a Gnome Office chart into AbiWord via the GO_chart
guru. Thanks very much to Jean for all his insightful hacking so far.

What works:

1. Inserting into a blank document.
2. Typing text around the Chart.
3. Saving/restoring to an *.abw file.

Some of the things that don't work.
1. Inserting into the middle of text.
2. crashes on exit upon deleting the plugin object.
3. Resizing.
4. editting.
5. Importing data from Abiword into the chart.

I'm pretty sure 1 - 3 can be fixed pretty quickly I just wanted to get
this code into the tree now.

For (4) and (5) Jean and I will need to talk to work out the appropriate
interfaces.

But in any case I'm now 100% confident we're on the right track with
Generic Embedable plugins :-)
