To be more specific, Kurdish needs to be added to
abidistfiles/dictionary/ispell_dictionary_list.xml

Language code is "ku", encoding is ISO-8859-9, so okay, and looking at
xap_String_Id.h I guess there's no need for a country code.

So, final question: are you happy for me to call it "kurdish.hash"?
