Kurdish Dictionary

Hi,

I've made an ispell dictionary hash but I think kurdish needs to be
added to the tables in AbiWord and Enchant. Two questions first:

1. Is ISO-8859-9 the correct encoding?
2. Is "kurdish.hash" a suitable name for the file itself? (The source
creates "ku.hash", which is not really desirable.)
