Patch from Jan Christianson to drag and drop images into abiword.
This is not perfect but it is better than before and doesn't crash.
We should be able to drag and drop text and URL's from gecko-browsers
into abiword. However this doesn't work yet.
The good news is that with JK's patch we can drag and drop images from
other programs (gnumeric, OO.o etc) into abiword.
