Win32 regression: can we patch this?

2.2.6 has a regression in due to the rounding error backports it seems.
Could we supply a patch and recreate the win32 binaries with this patch
applied only?

If we can´t provide such a patch soonish, i´ll revert the patches, and
recreate the 2.2.6 binaries (read: sum1 :-) )

In the meantime, we will link to 2.2.5 for windows
