Yep, only the primary location changed. The dictionaries were recently
added to abisource.com (along with the dependencies) due to the
aforementioned bug reports and emails to the webmaster address that
mentioned problems with sf.net. SourceForge servers haven't been as
reliable lately, and as a result no new AbiWord files have been added to
them since 2.2.3. The URL change was basically just to prevent further
problems and complaints.
