    I have shifted all the generic versioning & revisions code, and few
    other things, from PD_Document to AD_Document. Apart from that being
    a better place for it, it will also slightly reduce the clutter in
    pd_Document.h/cpp

    files: ap_String_Id.h, xap_String_Id.h, PD/AD_Document.h/cpp,
    ap_Dialog_ListRevisions.cpp, ap_Dialog_MarkRevisions.cpp,
    ie_imp/exp_AbiWord_1.cpp
