Fix changeStrux with revision marks on.
So now when you turn on "maintain document history" you can change
tables/frames/TOCs etc.
This completes the fix I started earlier. A whole load of bugs are fixed now.
The problem was that only the revision attributes, not the properties
themselves were being being broadcast tot he fl_*Layouts.
If this is not what you want Tomas feel free to fix.
