So, PERL, in its infinite wisdom, has decided to
define 'list' and I need to #undef it before including
any abi headers. This is in addition to ref, unref,
true, false, bool, ... which, in an ideal world, would
live inside of a PERL_ C namespace. Remind me to kick
Larry Wall in the shins next time I see him.
