Win32 owner drawn menus

    Hi guys,

    I have the new Win32 nightly, and I have some good and
    not-so-good things to say about our new owner-drawn
    menus.

    1) The icons look good, but they're entirely too large
    2) The fonts look good, but they're entirely too large
    3) The menu bar doesn't theme well on WinXP
    4) The menu bar entries are far too far apart
