seems that if a map had any values which were 0 then the vectors of
keys and values would not match - whether that is the source of any
bugs I have no idea.
and so, in yet another attempt to break tinderbox:
o UT_StringPtrMap:
- produce vectors of keys and values in a similar manner
- new list() method for use with XML_C/char* maps which creates a kind
of
XML attributes list
o PP_AttrProp: new getAttributes()/getProperties() methods using list()
o more (disabled) TableHelper bits and pieces
