Hello guys,

When you start Abiword with a localised string set it just crashes at:
UT_String XAP_StringSet::getValue and you also get an assert. I have not done
any reasearch, but it looks like UT_convert_cd does not work properly.

It seems a problem introduced with the latest encoding changes, but I do not
know for sure.
