I'm with you here (move the cursor). I didn't like
when you page down to see something, then I use the
keyboard arrows to scroll down a little bit more
and... FLASH, the document is back to the cursor
position, several pages up.
Maybe there is something wrong when you move the
cursor that becames obvious when you implement it, but
until proved wrong I will still prefer to move it.
