    For STABLE and HEAD
    Makefile.diff: Copy the american hash-encoding file since we already
    ship american hash. This fixes several unnumbered bugs (or I just don't
    remember the numbers) in addition to 3354.

    american.hash-encoding: the file that gets copied in make install, very
    small. It defines the encoding used by each dict for compatibility
    reasons. Place this in abidistfiles/dictionary/
