1. Modification of John Clark's XHTML export patch
2. Language dialog now always enabled, regardless of whether a word is selected
or not
3. If you do 'make ABI_OPT_100_ISPELL=1' you get 100 string char ispell stuff
instead of 128. So now you can use your existing 100 char ispell hash files if
you're on Debian or Mandrake. Distributors, do with it as you will... 128 is the
default
I'm not touching the ispell code ever again.
