Subject: Localised nightly builds

The windows nightly builds include *.strings files for various languages
but not all of them, the most recent nightly from June4th only includes
.strings files for 21 lang's but the strings matrix web page says abi
has 29 langs.
(I am not in able to roll my own builds)
Is there something else i need to do to have the various en-* and other
locales included in the nightly builds?
The the en-GB and en-IE files may not look complete but even though they
are marked as "1%" is because the other 99% is exactly the same as the
en-US and we just allow it to default back.
i could try the redhat rpms instead if they include the locales i need.
