I looked at Bonsai and I am responsible for the bug. I put in the
pView->getPageSeperation() calls to allow for changes in i this distance
rather than just the hardwired default previously used. However it looks
like I forgot to take account of the number of page in the document.
So the bug was just my stupidity :-(
