At Jesper's request, I added and renamed a bunch of bug categories.
So just file this under Dev - Performance.
Also, if someone wants to take over ownership of any of these
categories in bugzilla, that would be fine:
Doc - Content
Dev - Performance (Joaquin?)
Doc - Help System
Backend - Layout
Backend - Piece Tables (Jesper, you want these?)
Front End - Be
Import - RTF (Hub, you want this one?)
