This website is the central hub of activity and communication for the AbiSource project. This site is here for you to communicate with us and we hope you will take advantage of it. Elsewhere on this site, you will find a variety of ways to communicate with us. Some parts of this site are specifically for software developers. Other sections are for users. Whether you are a user or a developer, we consider you to be part of our community and we want communication within that community to be as open as the software itself.

The AbiSource project is sponsored by SourceGear Corporation. The goal of the project is the development of a cross-platform, Open Source office suite beginning with AbiWord, the project's word processor.
